Full refund is available if I haven't yet started the piece. A partial refund is available once initial sketch is provided. No refunds once color goes down and piece nears completion.

I will provide a sketch before moving on to lineart. Please let me know if there are any changes you would like, the sketch sets the framework for the final piece and must be corrected at this stage.
Typical turnaround is 2-3 weeks for simple comms, 3+ weeks for comics and more complex work, and I will stay in contact with updates the whole time.
